Slow and long lines at embarkation; Chaotic!

This huge ship has more side to side movement on a calm day than a small ship that caught in a storm.
The majority of the staff does not get along well with one another nor are they very friendly or courteous to passengers. Service and food quality leaves much to be desired compared to ships of Celebrity, Royal Carribean, and Holland America.

Stateroom and balconies and bathrooms very small by other ship standards. Disembarkation also chaotic. The cruise directors and assistants seemed to always be overwhelmed in chaos when you could find one of them to try to find out what was going on.
