From the moment we were handed a glass of champagne upon embarkation, we knew
this was going to be special. The service on this ship is outstanding. Every crew
member greets you and those in charge of your room and wait staff greet you by
name. Stateroom (inside double) was large, 3 closets, one with shelves, desk area,
TV, mini-bar. Fluffy robes to use and water carafe and ice bucket that were constantly
filled. Loved the towel change and room cleaning twice a day. Beds turned down
nightly with chocolates.
The food is the best. Even our picky teens found what they liked even in the
main dining room. Even the pool cafes had great food. Our waiter, Krassimir,and
his asst. Glenne were perfection. The ship itself is beautiful, in perfect condition
and very clean. The pool area is large with plenty of lounges for everyone. The
entertainment at the pool was great. Evening entertainment very good and diverse.
The Western Caribbean itinerary is the best--swimming with stingrays in Grand
Cayman was awesome. I have recommended this ship to everyone we know. Make sure
you have enough cash at the end to tip, because you will want to! Also, the $4.50
per day all-you-can drink sticker for soft-drinks for kids turns out to be a bargain
(at $2.50 a can or $1.50 per glass, it can add up).
