Ship was "filthy" and this ruined the whole cruise.

They ran out of certain foods, and had very little or no sugar-free deserts.

Service people were on the whole very obliging and helpful. 2nd time cruisers were very disappointed.

I am an ardent cruiser and have been on Celebrity 5 times.

We have decided not to sail with them again. We have been on 12 Princess cruises; 13 RCCL; 5 Holland America and a few older ships on Norwegian. So we were very unhappy with this ship, and also had a bad exprience on Infinity a couple of years ago. Their best ship in my opinion is Azamara Quest.
