I had read many of the reviews before taking this cruise. After reading about the food, etc. I was worried. Well I was very surprised to find the food very good. We really enjoyed the option of not "dressing" up and being able to eat at the evening banquet while outside. We have cruised on various cruise lines and have taken approximately 9 cruises. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked again for next year.

I will say that I was very disappointed with the children's program. Staff didn't seem happy to be there or happy to be with kids. Activities and times were very limited compared to other cruise lines. The room were wonderful and we really enjoyed having our own refrigerator in the room. If you like to avoid dressing up all the time and having set times for dinner, then freestyle cruising may not be for you. Otherwise, it offers wonderful flexibility.
