Onboard Experience:
The luxurious Columbia Queen brings contemporary small-ship cruising to the rivers of the Northwest. This elegant vessel combines state-of-the-art propulsion and navigation systems with luxurious elements typical of much larger luxury vessels. Onboard are spacious public rooms filled with richly polished woodwork and plush seating, Tiffany & Co. chandeliers, and artwork inspired by the Pacific Northwest.
Each of the 75 spacious staterooms aboard the Columbia Queen is equipped with welcome modern guest amenities such as satellite TV/DVD players, ship-to-shore telephones and glass-enclosed showers. Many offer private verandahs or French balconies.
The elegant Astoria Room is the setting for a sumptuous breakfast or lunch and five-course dinners featuring sophisticated Northwest cuisine. After dinner, the space transforms into the Columbia Queen's showroom. In addition, the sunny, white-washed Back Porch provides round the clock coffee and Continental snacks throughout the day.
The Explorer Bar, a popular meeting place, paneled in mahogany and featuring a beautiful oak bar and baby-grand piano; the Lewis & Clark Lounge, offering a comfortable retreat for pre-dinner drinks and hors d'oeuvres; and the cozy Purser's Lobby.
