Windstar Destinations! - Unrivaled.
by Anne Campbell

I've always dreamed of visiting New Zealand for its legendary spectacular scenery. My dream cruise could take place next winter, on Windstar Cruises' newest exotic itinerary. From Dec. 9, 2001 to March 23, 2002, the chic Wind Song sails on 10-day cruises to the most beautiful areas of this country and my fingers are crossed.

I doubt that even the most avid Windstar cruiser tires of the exclusive ports frequented by these stunning motorized sail vessels. In the Mediterranean, Wind Surf sails on one-week voyages to the trendiest places dotting the French Riviera such as Porto Fino and St. Tropez while the ship's Adriatic cruises between Venice and Rom visit Rob Island and Dubrovnik in Croatia. Imagine arriving in the Greek ports of Mykonos or Rhodes aboard the Wind Spirit or Wind Surf, then sailing on to Turkey and the ancient ports of Bodrum and Kusadasi where, the 2,000 year-old city of Ephesus is a short drive away.

In the Caribbean, the barrier reef near Belize promises some of the world's best snorkeling and diving, visited each winter by Wind Star. You'll only have access to the incredible beauty, primitive rainforests, isolated beaches and colorful reefs of Costa Rica aboard Wind Song and Wind Spirit, which cruise this area each winter. And, yachtsmen are normally the only sailors who visit chicest Caribbean ports like Bequia, Pigeon Island and Mayreau, but each winter Wind Surf give it's passengers a look at how the privileged few live. Should exclusive ports like Tortola, St. John, Jost Van Dyke and Virgin Gorda, in the American and British Virgin Islands sound like your fantasy voyage, Wind Spirit will deliver your dream each winter.
