Michael,

The Super Guppy transport plane is like this and the An-124 Russian Transport plane is "sort" of similar but there isn't a commercial plane that is anything like this.

The Airbus 380 is currently the largest commercial airliner: This is what it looks like:



I really do believe someone did a little fancy editing to create the original picture.
