Sorry, but I would not take my kiddo in a balcony room at that age. An outside cabin with a sealed window is an alternative. I'm the father of a now 12 year old kiddo who has safely cruised about a dozen times since age 1. Safety first says this Dive Pro and Life Guard. 8)
