I just told our friend today about the surcharge that is going with us on the cruise. She said, "They can't do that.....can they??" I said looks like they can and are. lol
The PVP hasnt contacted her or let her know...shouldnt the PVPs at least contact you and call you if you are not on the computer? Our friend is not on a computer at all, so I guessed she had not heard...and nope. Maybe Carnival wouldnt call, just send a new invoice in the mail or what ... to someone who doesnt have email.
