Mike is right, Bonine (meclezine) is superior to Dramamine. You can get it over the counter at any drugstore for "just in case insurance." That being said, chances are you will never use it. The ocean can be rough, but normally, it is not. The gentle motion of a large ship often does not cause any distress even to those who suffer motion sickness. I'm betting you will be just fine
