I have not been on the Miracle, but I have stayed on the Riviera deck on all 3 of my cruises. Loved being closer to water & I think less motion felt the lower you are. Not to speak of cheaper too.
Why pay more when you're not in the room that much. I try to get mid ship outside cabins.
