In Dec. we were on a cruise, and took a bottle of wine in our luggage. Wrap it in a towel and put it in a plastic bag, just in case and we had no problem. Don't forget a bottle opener for wine. The ones they sell in the gift shop, break off. We had to ask our room steward if he could help us out.
