Default Vacations to Go vs Cruise Value Center

I am interested in the July 27 Alaska cruise on Holland American. I contacted two operators and received two prices. Four of us traveling together and we need 2 balcony cabins.

Vacation to Go's quote is $1,954.19 per person with $150 per cabin on board credit. That is $1,799 + $120.19 (tax) + $35 (fuel).

Cruise Value Center's quote is $1,781.60 per person with $50 per cabin on board credit. That is $1,626.41 + $120.19 (tax) + $35 (fuel).

Vacation to Go's quote is $690 higher than Cruise Value Center's. If you take the on board credit into consideration, then it is $490 higher.

Are the two companies comparable? Should I let the price dictate which company to book with?
