Yes, you are correct. Princess acquired several ships in the Sitmar deal. I'm not sure whether this list is complete or not, but...

And three ships under construction at the time of Princess's aquisition of Sitmar became MV Star Princess, MV Regal Princess, and the original MV Crown Princess.
