Maybe try for the first night or last night. The second night of the cruise is lobster night on formal night, and the second formal night had filet mignon among other goodies, so if you don't want to miss the formal nights in the dining room, book Scarletts for another night. Just a note....It is beautiful in Scarletts! A little elegant oasis away from all the hoopla with lovely big chandeliers.
