RCI is just testing the waters. On the other forum one cruiser reported a 3% cash fee in the casino. It was disputed in very heated arguments. Just a couple of weeks ago in a Live from the Radiance thread it was confirmed that RCI is charging 3% on cash in the Casino at least on that sailing.
