We're looking forward to doing this on Sea Princess later this year, if we can get it up before it's booked out.
We got chatting to a fellow cruiser in a queue for the tenders one day & he was booked with his girl-friend for that evening, and as I recall was also apprehensive that it might not be to his taste.
We met up again a few days later, and he said that the experience was 'first rate' & worth every penny. When they did it, it included a look around the galley whilst it was in full action, followed by pre-dinner champagne and appetizers, then there was selected wines to accompany the meal, (which varied each day the experience was run) with the chef describing the work that had gone into each course. The evening was rounded off with a review of the meal & a questions session, and as they left, they were all presented with signed copies of the Princess Cook Book.
I would say "Go for it !!", we are certainly hoping to.
