I must take exception with this one. Every pound the airlines lift off the ground adds to total weight and figures into the fuel equation and what it costs to operate the airplane. It doesn't matter one bit if a person is of a particular weight because of this or that it only matters what they weigh. This is why the airlines are cutting back on water carried, fuel carried, magazines, food, hell even the paint on the outside of the airplane figures into it. Every pound is critical to the airlines and I am willing to pay for my carcus to be carried but I'm not going to subsidise others, that is up to them to pay for!
