We'll be stopping in Halifax in mid-Sep and I'm interested in going to Peggy's Cove and possibly the Swiss Memorial. Can anyone provide info/cost about possibly renting a car or hiring a private taxi to bring us. I'm concerned about booking an excursion because if it's rainy or real foggy, I won't want to go out there. Any info would be helpful.
