NEAR LATITUDE 16.0 NORTH...LONGITUDE 110.6 WEST OR ABOUT 480 MILES
...770 KM...SOUTH OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA CALIFORNIA.

ELIDA IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 10 MPH...17 KM/HR. THIS
GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE WITH SOME INCREASE IN
FORWARD SPEED DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.
