NEAR LATITUDE 17.3 NORTH...LONGITUDE 119.0 WEST OR ABOUT 705 MILES
...1135 KM...WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA CALIFORNIA.

ELIDA IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 13 MPH...20 KM/HR. A
TURN TO THE WEST IS EXPECTED IN ABOUT 24 HOURS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 105 MPH...165 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
