You can fly there through Canada, on AirCanada. I found on AirCanada's website, it's about a 3 1/2 hour flight to Havana from Toronto. I also tried from Montreal, but that had me change planes in Toronto.

However, considering the sorry state the airline industry is in right now, I think I'll wait until I can cruise there.
