LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 18.3 NORTH...LONGITUDE 133.6 WEST OR ABOUT
1565 MILES...2515 KM...WEST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA CALIFORNIA.

HERNAN IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 9 MPH...15 KM/HR. A TURN
TOWARD THE WEST-SOUTHWEST IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 24 TO 48
HOURS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 45 MPH...75 KM/HR...
