Bonine hands down!!! We started cruising and in hurricane season in 1991 and we hit some hurricane weather and just nasty weather but i didn't ever get sick because as soon as I start feeling not so good I'd go to the purser's desk and they handed out little pink pills for free. Well one cruise I went to get my little pink pills and they were white and didn't work at all... So disapointed and worried! Well I have found that the little pink pills that always saved me were Bonine and the white ones that they switched to were Dramamine. So now I bring my own little pink pills... I do take only half a pill - I'm about 115 lbs and a whole pill is a little much. You are not suppose to drink on them and I have and know why! The alcohol really hitts you! That is why I take 1/2 a pill. Debbie
