AT 800 AM PDT...1500 UTC...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM ISELLE WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 17.7 NORTH...LONGITUDE 111.4 WEST OR ABOUT 370
MILES...600 KM...SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA
CALIFORNIA.

ISELLE IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 5 MPH...7 KM/HR...
AND THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT 48
HOURS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 40 MPH...65 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
