I'm curious, what do they do that merits a tip above and beyond the recommended amount? I really want to know this, as I have never experienced anything above what they were supposed to be doing!
Did they clean up your room and make the bed? What exactly makes the service exceptional?
In the dining room how did they go above and beyond? Did they take your order, deliver your meal and take away the dirty dishes?
