LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 39.0 NORTH...LONGITUDE 48.4 WEST OR ABOUT 585
MILES...940 KM...SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF CAPE RACE NEWFOUNDLAND.

THE STORM IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 9 MPH...15 KM/HR. A TURN
