We have been there 6 times before and can tell you this for sure.
Don't include your transportation with your package and don't let your travel agent or the hotel you are staying at to "set you up" with transportation.
Simply go to a online search engine and type in "port canaveral cruise shuttle service" and choose the one you like.
By all means DO NOT choose: RJ transportation, MH transportation, Laura's shuttle or Priceless transportation. We have made the mistake before and don't want anyone to go through what we went through. These companies are horrible beyond imagination. Also there are 3 hotels at the Orlando airport to STAY AWAY from: LaQuinta west, Holiday Express and worst of all the Sheraton, unless you like mold and mildew.
