So does mother and Patti...they were both in the restraunt business for many years. Mother closed her family cafe in OK 6-7 years ago. Thank goodness it eas about to do her in! Patti now work for an insurance company...phone claims dept for Medicare.

4 weeks without power and water...on no. it was tough for a week, but i loves the family time we had together.
So sad to hear about all the severe damage in Seabrook...i love that area. My daughter used to go the Girl Scout camp Casa Mara, during Jr. & High school. It was soooo beautiful there. Esp the BIG HOUSE but they tore it down years ago.
I am not holding out a lot of hope on a hotel in Galveston but i will keep checking.
