The customer service issues and what you did not get, are the probelmes that would have irritated me too...I sympathize with you on those points, because I think my limit would have been pushed too...That's where they dropped the ball.
No comment cards is a customer service slap in the face...I agree the list of things that went wrong is appalling, and should be addressed.
My point being, in my previous posts, realtive to the port though is, something all cruisers deal with once in a while....continuous problems with service and getting answers is another story.
