We were also on the same 4 night cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale and had the same experiences as those previously described by the other posters. We have cruised with Celebrity several times and find that it has changed over the past few years. Many of the niceties that people choosing Celebrity want are now lacking and that 'cut above' experience is now less than ordinary.
We used to have wonderful memories of the dining room food, but not so with this cruise. Portions were small and the meals were lukewarm. We did have a wonderful waiter and asst. waiter and they did work hard to please and we certainly appreciated their efforts.
The buffet area was iffy. Portions were small and nothing special. Pizza at the pizza station was lukewarm to the point that the cheese was hardened. The pasta station that had wonderful sauces now seemed to serve a watered down offerings.
Coffee and cups could be hard to find and it wasn't unusual to see dirty dishes left on tables.
Our cabin was fine except for the mildew in the bathroom.
We did have a good time at the ports and enjoyed the extra time in Key West.
