I finally opened the article and perused it. Officers are required ot take pictures at the scene and to to take pictures of the injuries received. It didn't mention it but they are required to return to take follow up pictures also
. This is done to exhibit the degree of bruising that the injury will exhibit.
Now, the report did not state that she did not want him to expose himself to her. It states, as a point of an after thought, that she did not want to have sex with him. The report should have stated that she told him to stop the act. By doing that, then he would have been charged with the case of sexual assault.
