...Ok, I haven't gone on my first cruise yet but really everyone has a right to use their balcony and did you just object to their boring conversation? Why not try to strike up a conversation with your neighbors? Then maybe you can politely ask them to tone it down a little. Or maybe someone in their party is hard of hearing and they have to talk louder?
