Hey, it still counts.
Because, if you were a bartender on board wouldn't you be worried that the underage person you served would do the same thing? I'm sure this happening has impacted the way the waiters and bartenders on board view serving underage kids. Also the cruise lines would be concerned, because in an example like that they are open to law suits and very bad
PR impacting future sales.
