I cut his hair and I can't use electric clippers at all, he can't stand that sound.
I know all about the hair cuts!
It took me 3 YEARS to find someone that DJ would allow to cut his hair.
Then one day....we walked into Mr. Don's shop...and DJ hopped up in the chair and acted like Mr. Don had been cutting his hair his whole life.
They were best friends from then on. For the next 14 years, Mr Don is the only one who could cut DJ's hair.
Last year, we got off a cruise to discover that Mr. Don had been killed in a car accident.
Even though DJ is now 17.....we are starting "the process" all over again.
Fortunately, he does not get as upset as he did at the age of 3...but he still gets unsettled and will until we find that perfect person again.
