We have been to Cococay twice, when we were on the Mariner the beaches were very crowded, but when on the Monarch we were very surprised at how empty the whole island seemed. The island is set up to handle the larger ships and since there is about half the amount of passengers on the Monarch then on the bigger ships you shouldn't have to much trouble finding a semi-private spot. My recommendation would be to go to a beach farthest away from where the tenders drop off people, most passengers stay relatively close to the tender drop off area and don't travel to far. There are lounge chairs around the whole island so good luck and have fun.
