Planning land and cruise to Hawaii
We are planning to fly to Hawaii and do precruise and post stay in Vancouver(final destination). Any sugestions where to stay and what to do in Hawaii and Vancouver. Any recommendations for excursions at the various ports in Hawaii. Appreciate comments about the cruise.
