When we visited St Lucia we got an 4 hour tour at the dock. We went to the volcano and got to see it up close. We paid about $30 per person and there where 5 of us in the taxi. They had other island tours for about the same price. You don't pay until the end.

From others at dinner I think we did pretty good on our tour. And others that took other tours straight from the dock were pleased too. Only certain drivers are allowed to pick up passengers in side the dock gates. They are regulated by the government.

When coming back to the ship the drive gave us the option of getting out in town and we did that so we could do some shopping.
