Hi Amy,
There are water taxis in port. I'm guessing you want the beach under the arch it is called "Lovers Beach." Be careful because Cabo lays between to seas. The sea of Cortez and the Pacific ocean. The Pacific Ocean is rough waters and difficult to swim in. The Sea of Cortez is smooth waters and better for Swimming. Lover's beach is on the Sea of Cortez side so you should be okay. We went to Medano Beach it's also on the Sea of Cortez and it has more people. But you can get a nice chair and they bring you drinks(for a fee).
