I voted for miisbehaving kid, especialy if it isnt one of mine. The drunk guy can be easier taken care of so to speak. If he becomes too loud and aggressive, I'm pretty sure someone would put him in his place, or better yet, lock him in his room.
I imagine both choices could be very annoying. But you cant let a pest ruin your fun relaxing vacation..
