No one can guarantee you the smoke from a balcony will not drift to another bacony but other than that, you will never smell smoke at all. There are very few lines that have outlawed smoking in cabins or on balconies, but most have cracked down on where you can and can not smoke...Except for the casino I doubt you will have any problems..
