I agree. I have been on cruises with no curfew and the 11-13 year olds, id say, would be the ones doing stupid things such as throwing food, hanging out in the elevators/stairwells and pressing and breaking every button/ being rude to guests ect. I have seen fights (one kid got a concussion for example) and destruction(breaking glass tables in half)

But this mainly happened during the day. At night, I would be with friends in NCL's 24 hour "Blue Lagoon" at 4 am without any problems. Only time I saw a kid told to return to his room on NCL was after he was standing on a table and wouldnt get off. I think all the other cruise lines approach which it to simply respond to disturbance and monitor kids is better then flat out restricting us from the cruisng experience.
