I purchased a Sail 5 package in 2006 for $2,500. Every time I tried to use it I was turned down. It wasn't accepted on the Panama Canal repositioning cruise so I had to pay out of pocket even though I technically had a $2,500 credit.
So, I am owed $2,500.
