Wow, really sorry to hear of your problems Annista. It really bites when you realize you are giving your money to a hospitality organization...and all you want are: value, service, quality and ____(fill in the blank).
I wouldn't give up either. Keep on them, and as I always say, "Vote with your Dollars."
I just returned from an awful Princess experience. You bet I'm voting with my dollars. Interesting, many don't understand how my partner and I could have such a miserable time on Princess...similar to how many "X" loyal passengers wonder how you could have had such a negative experience. The fact is, you did and it's too bad.
If you decide to give X a try again, I really hope it's more positive for you.
