I've carried carbonated beverages on a helicopter to 7000 ft.
The can was spherical and not in the shape of a cylinder.
On opening the contents of the can just exploded in a shower
of soda.
We calculated that the pressure in the can exceeded 40PSI.
Therefore it was at least 4 times sea level pressure.
