To be honest with you, I will not accept the ship can have an "off" week with the quality of the food. Are the people sailing on that week going to get some compensation because they are having an "off" week - of course not.

I am not willing to accept excuses like that. It's too bad that's what so many are willing to do. In anything - not just food. Accept shoddy products and make excuses.
