I've sailed both cruise line recently. RC has a more limited menu in
the dining room. I think Carnival has many more offerings.

I would like to add that both quality of say steaks have
declined since the introduction of "specialty restaurants".
I think we will continue to see that decline as long as
passengers are willing to patronize these "added fee" dining options.

I for one will not. I think with the fare we should be offered the
highest quality food at all times, including top cuts of meat.

I think if people would stop paying the fee for better food, we
would all be better served with higher quality food in the dining
rooms.
