Friends of ours were on their first cruise and attended the drill and practiced and listened intently. Stored their vests where they knew they could get to them easily. Later, they went to bed and were sound asleep when they heard the bells. Quickly they donned their vests (in their bed clothes) and hurried outside. They wondered why no one else out there --and realized ...... it was their phone that was ringing.
