Personally, I think you'll be disappointed if you take a Royal Caribbean ship if cuisine is a priority. While the food on Millennium was for me a bit below during a recent cruise, Celebrity's normally high standards surpass everyone. I've always appreciated the very attentive service and quality of food served on their ships. When I've sailed on Royal Caribbean, the food has been very mediocre. Even Carnival does a better job in this area.
