Well, you might think nobody is on their balcony at 1AM but how do you really know? I absolutely HATE it when someone smokes on their balcony and I'm forced to either go inside or breathe their smoke. I will continue to sail on RCL and I will also continue to call the Pursers office the second I smell smoke coming from a room or balcony. Besides the smell, the last thing in the world I want is for a careless smoker to start a fire on board a ship.
I don't hate smokers....but I sure hate being near a smoker while they try to suffocate me!! :evil:
